BANBURY CROSS ARCHERS
Membership / Fees
SAFETY NOTICE 1st June 2014 please read before applying
We have found some “Beginners courses”, being run by other organisations, have not been run to the same standards as we have at Banbury Cross Archers.
Due to the time restraints in having to retrain applicants from these courses at their own expense, Banbury Cross Archers, as a responsible organisation, will no longer be accepting new membership applications from people who have not completed a recognised beginners course that was under the teaching or supervision of a current Archery GB Level 1 Coach or higher.
Please also note that the course applicants attended must have met the minimum standards set out by Archery GB. Applicant’s will be asked to provide proof they have completed a recognised Archery GB Beginners Course.
Please fill in the Membership form if you have completed our Beginner’s course (or another Archery GB or FITA approved course) or if you have previously shot with another Archery GB affiliated club. All membership applications received from experienced archers, who previously shot at other clubs, as members, will be subject to checks before they can join.
